Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Jakarta is seeking a Junior Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations, supervise officers, and ensure a safe environment for guests and colleagues. You will train staff, enforce SOPs, and coordinate with other departments to protect hotel assets.

You will work with a dedicated security team, support incident response, and liaise with external partners to uphold Mandarin Oriental standards of safety and service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Security Management is preferred.
• Professional security or safety certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers on duty and ensure adherence to SOPs and P&Ps.
• Maintain a safe environment by monitoring security operations and proactive measures.
• Coordinate with external security partners and law enforcement as needed.
