Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor the premises, perimeters, buildings, and designated areas to deter intrusion.
• Control entry/exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and goods according to security procedures.
• Conduct regular checks on equipment, gates, and surveillance systems.
• Respond to emergencies, alarms, and breaches; report incidents to management and authorities.
• Maintain logs of daily activities, visitor registers, and security-related incidents.
• Enforce company safety policies to ensure a secure working environment.

Job Summary

PT Multi Farmindo Jaya is seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer (PS Kabuh) to join our security team. Based at our Kabuh facility, the successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding the company’s assets, premises, employees, and visitors. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe, secure, and orderly environment, preventing unauthorized access, and responding effectively to any security incidents or emergencies.

Job Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor the company’s premises, including perimeters, buildings, and designated areas, to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unauthorized activity.
• Control and monitor the entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and goods in accordance with established company security procedures.
• Conduct regular security checks on equipment, gates, and surveillance systems to ensure they are functioning correctly.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and security breaches, taking appropriate action and reporting incidents to management and local authorities if necessary.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of daily activities, visitor registers, vehicle movements, and any security-related incidents.
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Possess a valid Gada Pratama security certification.
• Proven experience working as a Security Officer, preferably in an industrial, manufacturing, or agricultural setting.
• Excellent physical fitness, alertness, and a strong sense of integrity and discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle conflict situations calmly and professionally.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Clean criminal record (proven by a valid SKCK).
