Job summary

• Gada Pratama security certification is required.
• Experience as Security Officer in industrial/manufacturing/agricultural settings preferred.

• Control and monitor entry/exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and goods according to security procedures.
• Conduct regular checks on equipment, gates, and surveillance systems to ensure proper functioning.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and security breaches, reporting incidents to management and local authorities as needed.
• Maintain logs of daily activities, visitor registers, vehicle movements, and incidents.
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations to ensure a secure working environment.

This role is crucial in maintaining a safe, secure, and orderly environment, preventing unauthorized access, and responding effectively to any security incidents or emergencies.

Job Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor the company’s premises, including perimeters, buildings, and designated areas, to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unauthorized activity.
• Control and monitor the entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and goods in accordance with established company security procedures.
• Conduct regular security checks on equipment, gates, and surveillance systems to ensure they are functioning correctly.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and security breaches, taking appropriate action and reporting incidents to management and local authorities if necessary.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of daily activities, visitor registers, vehicle movements, and any security-related incidents.
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Possess a valid Gada Pratama security certification.
• Proven experience working as a Security Officer, preferably in an industrial, manufacturing, or agricultural setting.
• Excellent physical fitness, alertness, and a strong sense of integrity and discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle conflict situations calmly and professionally.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Clean criminal record (proven by a valid SKCK).
