Job summary

PT Multi Farmindo Jaya saat ini mencari Security Officer (PS Kabuh) untuk bergabung dengan tim keamanan kami di fasilitas Kabuh. Kandidat akan bertugas menjaga aset, lingkungan kerja, karyawan, dan pengunjung, serta mencegah akses tidak sah dan merespons insiden keamanan secara tepat.

Posisi ini menuntut kemampuan fisik yang baik, disiplin, dan keselamatan kerja yang tinggi. Sertifikasi Gada Pratama diperlukan, bersedia bekerja dalam shift termasuk malam, akhir pekan, dan libur.

Qualifications

• Lulusan SMA/SMK atau setara.
• Memiliki sertifikasi Gada Pratama keamanan.
• Pengalaman kerja sebagai Security Officer di lingkungan industri/pabrik/peternakan lebih disukai.
• Kondisi fisik baik, waspada, berintegritas dan disiplin.
• Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dan mengatasi konflik dengan tenang.

Responsibilities

• Patroli dan pantau fasilitas perusahaan termasuk perimeter untuk mendeteksi intrusion.
• Kontrol masuk/keluar karyawan, tamu, kendaraan dan barang sesuai SOP keamanan.
• Lakukan pemeriksaan alat dan sistem CCTV untuk memastikan fungsionalitasnya.
• Tanggap darurat: respon terhadap alarm dan insiden keamanan serta laporkan ke manajemen dan otoritas terkait.
• Buat catatan harian aktivitas, kunjungan, pergerakan kendaraan, dan insiden keamanan.
• Tegakkan kebijakan perusahaan dan peraturan keselamatan demi lingkungan kerja yang aman.

Job Summary

PT Multi Farmindo Jaya is seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer (PS Kabuh) to join our security team. Based at our Kabuh facility, the successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding the company's assets, premises, employees, and visitors. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe, secure, and orderly environment, preventing unauthorized access, and responding effectively to any security incidents or emergencies.

Job Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor the company’s premises, including perimeters, buildings, and designated areas, to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unauthorized activity.
• Control and monitor the entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and goods in accordance with established company security procedures.
• Conduct regular security checks on equipment, gates, and surveillance systems to ensure they are functioning correctly.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and security breaches, taking appropriate action and reporting incidents to management and local authorities if necessary.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of daily activities, visitor registers, vehicle movements, and any security-related incidents.
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Possess a valid Gada Pratama security certification.
• Proven experience working as a Security Officer, preferably in an industrial, manufacturing, or agricultural setting.
• Excellent physical fitness, alertness, and a strong sense of integrity and discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle conflict situations calmly and professionally.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Clean criminal record (proven by a valid SKCK).
