PT Multi Farmindo Jaya is seeking a dedicated Security Officer (PS Kabuh) to join our security team at the Kabuh facility. The role guards assets, premises, staff and visitors, enforces safety regulations, and responds to incidents.

Key duties include patrols, entry control, checks on equipment, keeping logs, and coordinating with management and local authorities as needed. Candidates should be trustworthy, physically fit, and able to work in shifts, including nights and holidays.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Gada Pratama security certification is required.
• Proven experience as Security Officer, preferably in industrial, manufacturing or agricultural settings.
• Excellent physical fitness, alertness, integrity and discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle conflicts calmly.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Clean criminal record (SKCK).

Responsabilidades

• Patrol and monitor the premises to prevent intrusion or unauthorized activity.
• Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles and goods per security procedures.
• Conduct regular checks on equipment, gates and surveillance systems.
• Respond to emergencies, alarms, and security breaches; report to management and authorities.
• Maintain logs and visitor registers, track vehicle movements and incidents.
• Enforce safety regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
