Job summary

Pt Sinar Jernih Suksesindo is seeking an experienced Security Manager to support the Director of Security in daily operations at Pakuwon Mall, Surabaya. You will help safeguard people, assets and property, coordinate emergency procedures, and supervise security staff to ensure safety and compliance with SOPs.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent (or a 2-year degree) and 1–3 years in security or loss prevention, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years security experience, or 2-year degree with 1 year experience.
• Ability to develop and implement emergency procedures and respond to incidents.
• Experience supervising security staff and coordinating with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily security operations and deployment of staff.
• Develop and implement emergency procedures.
• Investigate property losses and coordinate with management.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Conduct routine patrols of the property and parking areas.
• Provide guest assistance and resolve security-related issues.
