Senayan City in Central Jakarta is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead and supervise the security team, ensuring effective implementation of security, safety, and emergency procedures across the mall.

The role involves monitoring daily operations, patrols, CCTV surveillance, access control, and incident response, while coordinating with tenants, police, and emergency services and preparing detailed security reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in any major.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Security Supervisor or equivalent, preferably in malls/buildings.
• Gada Madya Security Certification is preferred; military or law enforcement background is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of security operations, CCTV systems, emergency response procedures, Indonesian criminal law, and security regulations.
• High integrity, professionalism, and physical fitness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Security Team to ensure effective security, safety, and emergency procedures in the mall.
• Monitor daily security operations including patrols, CCTV surveillance, access control, manpower deployment, and incident response.
• Coordinate with internal teams, tenants, police, emergency services, and stakeholders; prepare security reports and administrative documents.
