Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with minimum 5 years in information security operations.
• Strong experience across network, cybersecurity and endpoint security.
• Experience reporting security posture to management and KPI review with leadership.
• Eligible to work in Indonesia; security certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with managers to determine operational needs.
• Evaluate team performance to achieve KPI targets.
• Coordinate staff for emergencies and alarms responsiveness.
• Review incidents of IT security attack and investigate issues.
• Create reports on IT security status for management.
• Lead operational User Management and SOC team.
• Oversee security operations across IT environments including network, cybersecurity, and endpoints.
• Prepare management reporting on overall IT security posture and operations.
• Support SOC team effectiveness and user management.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and escalate major incidents.
