Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay is seeking an Assistant Security Manager to support the Director of Security in maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and assets. You will lead a security team, ensure compliance with safety procedures, and coordinate emergency responses.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in security leadership within hotels, a Diploma/Bachelor’s in Hospitality or Security, and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory/management security role within hotel or resort.
• Experience in luxury hospitality is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Security management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Security department.
• Coach and develop the Security team to uphold service and safety standards.
• Ensure safety and security of guests, staff, and resort property.
• Implement and maintain security policies and emergency procedures.
• Coordinate emergency responses (fire, medical, evacuation, natural disasters).
• Inspect CCTV, access control, fire protection and life safety systems.
• Investigate incidents and maintain proper reporting.
