• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure smooth safety and security operations for the hotel.
• Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs.
• Maintain professional relationships with department heads, partners, and government bodies.
• Patrol premises, investigate thefts or safety breaches, and follow up on issues.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness and training; ensure Earth Check compliance.
• Lead and train security staff; conduct regular meetings and briefings.
