Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking a Security Manager to oversee site security operations for a property in Indonesia. You will manage security vendors, coordinate daily activities, enforce policies, and ensure compliance with regulations to protect people and assets.

The role requires 3-5 years of security experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and certification. You will lead with CBRE values, balance budgets, and coordinate with Building Services and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Completed Local or National security staff certification, required.
• Experience in Security & incident management is a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage security vendors responsible for guarding operations and systems.
• Coordinate daily activities, set schedules, and mentor staff.
• Oversee site security operations including visitor access.
• Review and implement security policies, procedures and compliance.
• Lead communications with Building Services and client representatives.
• Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses.
• Investigate incidents and coordinate emergency responses.
