Job description

PT FENI HALTIM, a company that has a vision of "Word-Class New Energy Industrial Park and Mission "to Build an electric vehicle battery industrial chain project".

Position: Security Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Security System Management: Develop and implement security policies, SOPs, access control procedures, and patrol systems to ensure the safety and security of the industrial park.

Security Team Management: Lead and supervise the security team, manage duty schedules, conduct training and performance evaluations, and ensure 24-hour security coverage.

Patrols and Risk Prevention: Oversee security patrols and inspections across factories, warehouses, residential areas, and perimeter boundaries. Identify and mitigate security risks, theft, fire hazards, and unauthorized access.

Emergency Response: Lead the response to security incidents, conflicts, fire emergencies, and external disturbances. Organize emergency drills and improve emergency response procedures.

External Coordination: Coordinate with local police, military, government agencies, fire departments, and local communities to maintain security and ensure regulatory compliance.

Equipment and Documentation: Supervise CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and fire protection equipment. Maintain security logs, incident reports, and personnel and vehicle access records.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree (S1) in a relevant field.

Experience: More than 5 years of experience in security management, preferably in an industrial park or large-scale industrial facility.

Military Background: Retired senior Indonesian military officer with experience in military or police command and emergency response are welcome to apply.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, team management, training, and performance evaluation capabilities.

Security Expertise: Experienced in security system development, access control, patrol management, risk assessment, and emergency response.

External Coordination: Able to coordinate effectively with local military personnel, police, government agencies, and local communities.

Technical Skills: Familiar with CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and security documentation management.

Language Skills: Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to communicate effectively and prepare written reports in both languages.

Personal Attributes: Physically fit, disciplined, trustworthy, able to work under pressure, and available for emergency response when required.

Candidates who are from or currently domiciled in North Maluku (Maluku Utara) are highly preferred.

Willing to be placed in East Halmahera, North Maluku.
