Job summary

The incumbent will monitor networks, servers, and security controls, perform vulnerability assessments, and ensure secure, reliable operations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields required.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in network, infrastructure, or IT security operations.
• Good understanding of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and security best practices.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems, including troubleshooting and administration.
• Manage, maintain, and monitor network, server, and IT infrastructure performance to ensure stable and secure operations.
• Operate and maintain IT security controls, endpoint protection, security solutions, and access management systems.
• Monitor infrastructure and security incidents, perform troubleshooting, and coordinate issue resolution.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, security reviews, and preventive measures to protect company information assets.
• Handle user feedback and operational issues related to network, infrastructure, and security services.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and security guidelines.
• Conduct security awareness activities and promote information security best practices across the company.
