Four Seasons Bali at Jimbaran Bay seeks a Security Officer to maintain a safe environment for guests, employees, and property. The role involves monitoring security operations, responding to emergencies, conducting patrols, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

You will patrol hotel premises, monitor CCTV and access points, respond to incidents, and assist with evacuation procedures while upholding excellent guest service and professional presence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in security (certifications are a plus).
• Experience in hotel, hospitality, or corporate security preferred.
• Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Calm and professional under emergency situations.
• Good physical fitness; ability to stand or walk for long periods.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and surveillance systems.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
