You will be the go-to source for local attractions, dining, transport, and special requests, delivering world-class hospitality.

You bring excellent communication, a friendly, professional demeanor, and knowledge of Bali's beaches, dining, and activities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warm hospitality and provide information about facilities and local attractions.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless experiences.

About The Role

The Concierge is responsible for providing guests with personalized assistance, recommendations, and travel arrangements to ensure a memorable stay. This role serves as a key point of contact for guests, delivering world-class hospitality and anticipating guest needs before they arise.

What You Will Do

• Welcome guests and provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Arrange transportation, restaurant reservations, tours, and special guest requests.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local events, dining venues, shopping destinations, and cultural attractions.
• Assist guests with itinerary planning and personalized recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and requests.

What You Bring

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, concierge, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and entertainment venues.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced environment.
