As a Security Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies that safeguard our critical infrastructure and systems. Design and implement advanced security solutions, ensuring compliance with global standards and best practices.
Conduct thorough risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to proactively identify and mitigate potential threats.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate robust security measures into system architecture and workflows.
Continuouslymonitorand analyze security events, providingtimelyresponses and documentation of incidents.
Develop andmaintaincomprehensive security policies, procedures, and guidelines for the organization.
Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and technologies to enhance the organization’s security posture.
A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, orrelatedfield.
Proven experience in security engineering, with a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
Proficiencyin using security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanners.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Effective communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are a plus.

The comprehensive life-cycle approach to in-building technology and operations includes planning and design, installation, systems integration, optimization and maintenance. Our controls, fire protection, HVAC and security products as well as solutions are installed in about 50 percent of commercial buildings in Indonesia. They include many well-trusted brands such as Ansul, Metasys, Simplex, TYCO and YORK.
Johnson Controls has been steadily expanding its presence in Indonesia since the YORK Indonesia representative office was set up in 1992. Subsequently, in 1997, PT York Aditama Teknik was established to provide service for YORK equipment. In 2005, PT York Aditama Teknik was acquired by Johnson Controls. In 2014, York Aditama Teknik was renamed PT Johnson Controls Indonesia. Now, PT Johnson Controls Indonesia is the only authorized service provider of YORK chiller equipment in Indonesia, supported by our regional and factory specialists and engineering.
To better serve the residential and light commercial building markets in Indonesia, PT Johnson Controls Hitachi Air Conditioning Indonesia was incorporated in 2018.
