Job summary

Potato Head in Bali seeks a Security Manager to lead risk‑based safety operations across its Hotel, Night Club, and Beach Club, ensuring guest safety during peak periods and events. You will supervise the Safety & Security team, enforce protocols, manage access, and coordinate with local authorities.

The role requires 3–5 years of hospitality security leadership, multi‑outlet experience, and a Gada Pratama Certification. Degree in Law, Management or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law, Management, Military Academy, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in safety and security management within a high-capacity hospitality, entertainment, or leisure establishment.
• Experience managing multi-outlet security operations across hotels, nightclubs, beach clubs, or large-scale events.
• Gada Pratama Certification is mandatory, with strong knowledge of crowd management, surveillance systems, incident response, crisis management, and emergency procedures.
