The role requires quick response to alarms, coordination with local authorities, and strict enforcement of house rules and safety procedures, including evacuations when needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control entry and exit points.
• Verify the identity of visitors and maintain visitor logs.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems.
• Conduct routine patrols of the villa and surrounding premises.
• Respond promptly to security breaches, alarms, or suspicious activities.
• Report incidents and prepare security reports.
• Act quickly in case of fire, medical emergencies, or security threats.
• Assist in evacuations and coordinate with emergency services if required.

Job description

The Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the villa, its residents, guests, and property. This includes monitoring access points, conducting routine patrols, handling emergencies, and enforcing security policies to prevent unauthorized entry, theft, or disturbances

Key Responsibilities:

Access Control & Surveillance

Monitor and control entry and exit points.

Verify the identity of visitors and maintain visitor logs.

Conduct routine patrols of the villa and surrounding premises.

Respond promptly to security breaches, alarms, or suspicious activities.

Report incidents and prepare security reports.

Assist in evacuations and coordinate with emergency services if required.

Protection of Assets & Residents

Prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.

Ensure the safety of residents, guests, and staff.

Assist residents or guests when necessary.

Policy Enforcement

Enforce villa security policies and procedures.

Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

Communication & Coordination

Coordinate with villa management, law enforcement, and emergency services.

Maintain clear communication with other security personnel.
