You will gather requirements, coordinate across Operations, Technology, Risk, Finance, Compliance, and Business teams, and lead SIT/UAT, implementation, and post-go-live activities while delivering clear updates to senior management.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Treasury Operations or Financial Markets within banking.
• Strong understanding of treasury products (FX, Money Market, Fixed Income, Liquidity Management).
• Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage Treasury and Operations projects from initiation to implementation.
• Support regulatory reporting and compliance-related projects.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into operational solutions.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Risk, Finance, Compliance, and Business teams.
• Drive process improvement and change management initiatives.
• Coordinating SIT/UAT, implementation, and post-go-live activities.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise management presentations, project updates, and executive-level PowerPoint materials.
