Job summary

Funding Societies | Modalku in Surabaya is seeking a driven Relationship Officer to join the Secured Lending team. You will hunt, identify, and acquire clients with asset-backed financing opportunities, helping expand our loan portfolio.

You will generate leads, manage client relationships, and tailor financing solutions while collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in secured lending, B2B sales, or financial institutions with collateral-based financing.
• Proven hunter with track record of acquiring new clients in asset-backed lending.
• Experience managing a portfolio with ticket sizes up to IDR 5 billion (cap IDR 10 billion).

Responsibilities

• Proactively source, identify, and acquire new clients with potential collateralized assets suitable for secured lending.
• Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
• Retain and expand existing customer relationships by understanding their evolving business needs.
• Conduct comprehensive fact-finding with prospective and existing clients to identify opportunities and structure appropriate financing solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end client experience.
• Stay up to date with market trends, industry movements, and competitors’ activities.
