Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim seeks a strategic Section Head to lead the Management Systems team as the Management Representative at a plastic parts manufacturing facility in Cikarang. You will drive continuous improvement, oversee compliance, and ensure robust management system implementation.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, proven MR experience in manufacturing (auto preferred), and hands‑on ISO auditing experience (ISO 9001/14001/45001, IATF 16949).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Management (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Management Representative in a manufacturing company (automotive industry preferred).
• Hands‑on experience in implementing and auditing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949.
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and planning capabilities.
• Holding a certified auditor license/certificate (e.g., Lead Auditor) is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and elevate the manufacturing Management Representative team.
• Develop, implement, monitor and continuously improve the company’s management systems, including ISO standards, SOPs, and internal policies.
• Ensure all Company operations comply with established quality, safety, environment, and compliance standards.
• Review and update all Company procedures to ensure alignment with ISO requirements and company management systems.
• Act as company primary liaison for internal and external auditors.
• Coordinate audits, quality inspections, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare and present management system performance reports to the management team.
• Conduct employee training and awareness sessions related to management systems and compliance.
• Coordinate with certification bodies, auditors, customers and relevant external institutions as required.
• Must be available for an in-person interview and able to join immediately (ASAP).
