Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental-related field with industry context.
• At least 3 years of experience in environmental management within mining, including 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, reclamation, post-mining, and EMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee environmental management programs to ensure compliance with mining and environmental regulations.
• Manage environmental monitoring, reporting, and permitting requirements (AMDAL, RKL-RPL, reclamation, and post-mining programs).
• Ensure effective management of water quality, waste, hazardous materials, and pollution control initiatives.
• Drive reclamation and biodiversity programs in line with sustainable mining practices.
• Coordinate environmental audits, inspections, and stakeholder engagement with regulators and local communities.
• Develop and lead the Environmental team to achieve operational and sustainability targets.
