Job summary

PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara seeks a Senior Environment Manager to lead the Environmental Department at site in West Sumbawa. You will develop and manage environmental programs, reclamation, monitoring, and regulatory reporting to ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations and company commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in environmental disciplines; postgraduate degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years in environmental mgmt, compliance and monitoring in mining or similar.
• Strong knowledge of permitting, reporting, and regulatory engagement.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, budgeting, and staff development.
• Experience in mine closure, rehabilitation, biodiversity and watershed management.
• Excellent English communication and document preparation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage environmental programs to ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations and company commitments.
• Develop and execute reclamation and watershed rehabilitation plans.
• Develop environmental monitoring programs and manage the environmental laboratory.
• Set site environmental objectives aligned with policy and risks.
• Establish procedures aligned with company vision and best practices in mining.
• Advise senior management on permitting strategies and compliance requirements.
• Monitor environmental performance through audits, inspections and reporting.
• Lead environmental planning, monitoring and departmental administration.
• Coach and develop environmental staff and ensure training.
