Job summary

PT Adecco Personnel Indonesia, partnering with a fast-growing Lombok property company, is hiring a Bar Manager based in Lombok. You will lead day-to-day bar operations, ensure guest experiences are exceptional, and drive team performance and profitability.

You will develop and manage cocktail, beverage, and wine menus, manage inventory and costs, schedule staff, and maintain equipment in a fast-paced hospitality setting. 3–5 years of bar/hospitality supervisory experience required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of bar/hospitality management or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and bar operations.
• Proven team leadership and people management skills.
• Good understanding of inventory, cost control, and profitability.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

The Bar Manager will lead day-to-day bar operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, strong team performance, consistent product quality, and sustainable profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

What we’re looking for:

3-5 years of bar/hospitality experience, including managerial or supervisory experience.
