Job summary

Referensiin_Aja in Jakarta is looking for a Scrum Master/Agile Coach to join onsite in Pulomas, East Jakarta. The successful candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, drive continuous improvement, and help teams deliver software products efficiently.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in similar roles, strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum or SAFe, experience monitoring metrics, and excellent communication and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Willing to work full onsite in Pulomas, East Jakarta.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related disciplines from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar Agile delivery role.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading Agile teams in software product development environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and/or SAFe frameworks.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience monitoring and improving Agile delivery metrics (e.g., Velocity, Burndown Chart, Cycle Time).
• Hands-on experience in software development as a Developer, System Analyst, QA Engineer, Product Owner, or similar role is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, Business, and Management teams.
• Experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams to improve delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across projects.
• Monitor Agile delivery metrics (Velocity, Burndown, Cycle Time) and implement improvements.
• Lead Agile teams in software product development environments.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Business, and Management stakeholders.
• Leverage Jira or Azure DevOps for Agile project management.
