The Supply Chain Management (SCM) Team at Hamesha Studio oversees the seamless flow of materials, resources, and information across the entire production and delivery chain. From sourcing raw materials to final shipment, this team ensures every process is optimized for cost, quality, timeliness, and sustainability, while supporting the studio’s reputation for excellence and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Sourcing

• Identify and build relationships with trusted local and international suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts to ensure best pricing, terms, and consistent quality.
• Manage the timely procurement of diverse materials (wood, metal, glass, hardware, etc.) across 14+ departments.

Inventory & Warehouse Management

• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and packaging.
• Coordinate with PPIC and Production to ensure just-in-time availability without overstocking.
• Implement inventory tracking systems using Odoo or barcode systems.

Logistics & Delivery Coordination

• Plan and monitor domestic and international shipments, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all packaging and transport processes protect product quality and meet export standards.

Vendor & Quality Control

• Maintain a reliable vendor evaluation system based on cost, lead time, quality, and service.
• Conduct regular quality checks and audits on incoming supplies and outsourced items.
• Resolve disputes or inconsistencies related to supplier deliveries or materials.

Sustainability & Compliance

• Source eco-conscious materials where possible and ensure compliance with Hamesha’s ethical standards.
• Maintain records for traceability and legal compliance, especially for international markets (e.g., FSC-certified woods, EUTR, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Background in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
• Experience in procurement and international shipping preferred.
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (especially Odoo), inventory systems, and basic logistics platforms.
• Understanding of material types and storage needs (especially natural/raw materials).
