Job summary

TORRECID, S.A. in Indonesia seeks a Designer to create innovative ceramic tile designs and marketing materials for B2B customers. You will translate customer needs into compelling concepts, collaborate with Marketing and R&D, and manage projects from concept to final delivery.

You will conduct market research, refine designs for feasibility and production, and develop visuals for presentations, showrooms, and events. A design degree and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Visual Communication Design or Product Design.
• Graduation year 2023–2026.
• Fluent in English and able to translate customer needs into design solutions.
• Strong ability to present ideas and communicate with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative ceramic tile designs from concept to mock-up aligned with customer requirements and market trends.
• Conduct market research to identify new design opportunities and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand design specifications and project needs.
• Manage design projects from concept through revisions to final approval with quality and timely delivery.
• Adjust designs for product feasibility and smooth factory production.
• Create marketing pitch materials and present concepts with Marketing and R&D teams.
• Develop visual designs for customer presentations, showrooms, exhibitions, and promotions.

We’re looking for a creative, customer-focused, and driven individual to join our team as a Designer—a role responsible for developing innovative ceramic tile designs, creating marketing presentations, and delivering product concepts that match customer preferences, market trends, and business objectives in a B2B environment.

Your Role Will Include

• Develop innovative ceramic tile designs from concept to mock-up while ensuring alignment with customer requirements and market trends.
• Conduct market research to identify new design opportunities, industry trends, and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand design preferences, specifications, and project requirements.
• Manage design projects from concept development, revisions, and final approval while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Adjust and refine designs to ensure product feasibility and smooth factory production.
• Create marketing pitch materials and present design concepts to customers together with Marketing and R&D teams.
• Develop visual designs for customer presentations, showrooms, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in:

• Fluent in English
• Able to translate customer needs and preferences into relevant design solutions.
• Able to present ideas clearly and build effective communication with customers and internal teams.
