Job summary

POLAR is looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Shadow Teachers. In this role, you will provide one-on-one support for students with special educational needs in a school environment, helping them participate confidently in both academic and social activities.

As a Shadow Teacher, you will work closely with students, teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology or Education (preferred fields).
• Basic to intermediate English communication skills and good Bahasa Indonesia proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and passionate about working with children.
• Able to work collaboratively in a school environment.
• Previous experience as a Shadow Teacher or working with children with special educational needs is an advantage, but not required.

Responsibilities
