Job summary

IPEKA Christian School is seeking a Kindergarten Principal for Arrowstar Kindergarten in Tangerang Selatan. The role focuses on upholding academic policies, driving curriculum, and supporting teachers to maximize their potential.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Education, has at least 3 years as Principal or Vice Principal, understands Christlike Education, demonstrates strong leadership and communication, and is fluent in English with IELTS 6.0.

• Engage with parents and administrators to align on goals and performance.
