School Counselor & SEE Learning Programme Lead Educator

The School Counselor & SEE Learning Programme Lead supports learners’ social, emotional, and psychological wellbeing while fost ering a positive, inclusive, and compassionate school culture. The role provides individual and group counseling, collaborates with teachers and families to support learner needs, and helps develop strategies for emotional regulation, resilience, and healthy relationships.

As the lead for the Social, Emotional, and Ethical (SEE) Learning programme, the role coordinates the implementation of SEE Learning across the school, supports teachers in integrating its principles into classroom practice, and promotes mindfulness, compassion, self-awareness, and ethical decision-making throughout the school community.
