Job summary

PT Summarecon Agung Tbk. is seeking a School Administrator to support the Bandung site with robust record-keeping and client communications. You will ensure accurate student records, coordinate communications, and manage daily office operations to support a productive school environment.

The role requires at least 2 years in school administration, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Dapodik. The successful candidate will engage with students and parents and help coordinate events

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in school administration or a related field.
• Proficient in Dapodik (Data Pokok Pendidikan) data management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and confidential student records, including enrollment, attendance, and grades.
• Handle correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and postal mail.
• Oversee and manage daily operations of the school office.
• Act as the primary contact for students and parents regarding administrative inquiries and concerns.
• Monitor and report on expenditures and financial transactions.
• Organize and manage school events, including parent-teacher meetings, extracurricular activities, and community outreach programs.
