Job summary

IFF is seeking a results-driven Sales professional to drive growth in Jakarta on site. You will manage a portfolio of fragrance accounts, identify opportunities, and collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Portfolio Management to deliver tailored scent solutions that meet customer goals.

You’ll leverage CRM and AI-enabled insights, lead customer reviews and workshops, and ensure pricing aligns with profitability targets in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Food Science, or related.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, or commercial roles in fragrance, flavors, FMCG, chemical, or related industries.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to grow customer accounts and identify opportunities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Data-driven and analytical, translating market and customer insights into actionable strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; comfortable with AI-enabled business tools.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Drive profitable growth across assigned markets by developing new business opportunities and expanding strategic customer relationships.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of small to medium-sized accounts, delivering tailored scent solutions that address customers' commercial and innovation objectives.
• Identify customer needs, market trends, and growth opportunities to strengthen market penetration and accelerate business performance.
• Champion the deployment of portfolio-based fragrance solutions, leveraging Fast Track programs and Scent Portfolio offerings to deliver speed-to-market and value creation.
• Lead customer business reviews, innovation workshops, presentations, and engagement activities to position IFF as a trusted partner.
• Utilize digital platforms, AI-enabled tools, and commercial insights to enhance customer engagement, project execution, and sales effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with Portfolio Management, Marketing, Creative, and cross-functional teams to ensure strong alignment between customer needs and fragrance strategies.
• Analyze customer feedback, market intelligence, and project outcomes to identify opportunities for portfolio optimization and future business growth.
• Manage commercial performance by ensuring compliance with pricing strategies while delivering sales, profitability, and cost-to-serve targets.
