Job summary

IFF is seeking an on-site Production Operator in Karawang, Indonesia. You will assist the production team with compounding, dispensing and packaging activities, ensuring materials are prepared and handled correctly.

You will help maintain hygiene, safety, and equipment, while supporting on-time delivery of finished goods. The role requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years of production experience, with strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
