Responsibilities

• Mengelola data pelanggan dan dokumentasi, menjadi kontak lokal untuk pembuatan dan pemeliharaan data.
• Menyiapkan dan menyajikan laporan penjualan serta memperbaiki template pelaporan.
• Mengorganisir acara terkait penjualan, termasuk perencanaan, logistik, dan koordinasi dengan tim internal.
• Mendukung operasional harian tim penjualan.
• Melayani jadwal kalender dan perjalanan manajer langsung.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Manage customer data and documentation, ensuring accuracy and serving as the local contact for data creation and maintenance.
• Compile and deliver sales report while maintaining and enhancing reporting templates
• Organize sales-related events, handling planning, logistics, coordination with internal team.
• Support daily operations of the sales team.
• Minimal responsibility with managing calendar and travel of the direct manager.
