Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is seeking a Finance Staff in Jakarta Barat to join the finance team. The role involves handling daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate accounting records, and supporting audit processes.

You will process vendor payments, monitor bank activity, and ensure precise documentation across financial records. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting with at least 1 year of relevant experience, a solid understanding of taxation, and familiarity with banking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Good understanding of taxation regulations and compliance.
• Familiarity with banking systems and cash management processes.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and accuracy in handling financial data.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial transactions, including receipts, expenses, and journal entries, and monitor bank accounts.
• Create and maintain accurate accounting records, including account balancing, reconciliations, and journals.
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing required documents and data to auditors.
• Process and prepare vendor payments.
• Monitor and record all incoming and outgoing bank transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Maintain proper documentation and supporting records for all financial transactions.
