Samudera Indonesia is seeking an accounting professional to manage daily financial transactions and maintain up-to-date records. The role supports audits and ensures accurate journal entries, reconciliations, and bank monitoring.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting and at least one year of accounting or taxation experience, with strong MS Excel skills and familiarity with popular accounting software.

Qualificações

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or taxation; fresh graduates with strong knowledge are welcome.
• Solid understanding of general ledger, journal entries, account reconciliations, and basic Indonesian tax regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily financial transactions, including receipts, expenses, and journal entries.
• Create accurate accounting records and perform reconciliations and bank monitoring.
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing required documents and data.
• Implement and maintain the Integrated Management System for risk control and compliance.
• Participate in accident investigations and information security reporting as needed.

Main Responsibilities

1. Manage daily financial transactions, such as receipts, expenses, and journal recording, including invoices, payments, and monitoring bank accounts.
2. Create accurate and up-to-date accounting records of financial transactions, including account balancing, reconciliations, and journal recording.
3. Assist in the internal and external audit process by providing the required documents and data to the auditor.

General Responsibilities

1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department’s work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or taxation (fresh graduates with strong foundational knowledge are welcome to apply).

3. Solid understanding of general ledger, journal entries, account reconciliations, and basic Indonesian tax regulations (PPh/PPN).

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel for financial data processing) and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or Jurnal).

5. High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, highly motivated, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
