Main Responsibilities

1. Manage the company's overall cash flow, including daily payments, fund transfers, and bank deposits.

2. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring all reports are submitted on time.

3. Analyze financial data to support management in strategic decision-making, including cost and profitability analysis, as well as financial projections.

4. Maintain complete and accurate records of all corporate financial transactions.

5. Organize, manage, and file all financial transaction documents systematically and neatly.

6. Coordinate and ensure the timely completion and availability of annual audit reports.

General Responsibilities

1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major (Finance, Accounting, or Business related fields are preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
