Job summary

Golden Agri Resources in Jakarta is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA implementation specialist to drive adoption across downstream functions, coordinate activities, and ensure successful deployment and user readiness throughout the lifecycle.

You will liaise between business users, IT, and partners; gather and validate finance requirements; map processes; support design, testing, data migration, and training; and lead change management to achieve smooth go-live and ongoing stabilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, CS, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in ERP or SAP implementation projects.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation & deployment.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, mapping, integration, and methodologies.

Job Description Summary

Support the implementation and adoption of SAP S/4HANA & ACM solutions within downstream business functions by coordinating project activities, facilitating business process alignment, and ensuring successful system deployment and user readiness throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Job Description

• Act as the primary liaison between Business Users, IT, and implementation partners.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements related to finance processes.
• Conduct process mapping and fit-gap analysis to ensure business requirements are aligned with system capabilities.
• Support solution design discussions and provide recommendations for process standardization and optimization.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and implementation progress.
• Track project risks, issues, and action items, and coordinate resolution.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions with users.
• Coordinate system testing including SIT and UAT.
• Ensure master data, transaction flows, and reporting requirements are accurately validated during testing and implementation.
• Support data migration activities, including data validation and reconciliation.
• Develop user training materials, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct end-user training sessions and knowledge transfer programs.
• Drive user readiness, change management, and adoption initiatives throughout implementation.
• Provide post-go-live support and monitor system utilization, issue resolution, and process stabilization.
• Ensure project documentation, implementation status reports, and governance requirements are maintained and updated.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP or SAP implementation projects.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation & deployment initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, business process mapping, system integration, and implementation methodologies.
• Capable of translating business requirements into system solutions and process improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management, project coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in large-scale transformation projects is an advantage.
