Job summary

Kamoro Maxima Integra, based in Jakarta, seeks an SAP IDM Functional specialist to analyze requirements and design SAP IDM solutions. You will support project teams through build and testing, perform debugging, and maintain documentation.

The role emphasizes delivery on international-scale projects with ongoing learning of SAP IDM integrations. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of SAP IDM experience, at least two full implementations, and familiarity with SAP Fiori/UI5 and OData services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with minimum GPA 3.00
• At least 2–4 years of experience as SAP IDM Functional with minimum 2 full-cycle SAP IDM implementations (provisioning, deprovisioning, modification)
• Strong knowledge of problem-solving, debugging, Design Patterns, SOLID, and SAP development lifecycle
• Basic knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5, Fiori Launchpad, Fiori Design Guidelines, and OData Services is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills; willingness to learn and deliver tasks

Job description

Analyze business requirements, identify pain points, and design appropriate solutions through process improvements or system development.

Develop and implement solutions for projects and change requests, including supporting developers and testers throughout the build and testing process.

Perform internal testing, debugging, and bug fixing to ensure solution quality and functionality.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation and regularly report project progress to supervisors and users.

Collaborate with peers to ensure smooth solution integration across systems and applications.

Continuously develop knowledge of SAP IDM and its integration with surrounding applications.

Job Requirements:

Willing to work from office in North Jakarta.

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with minimum GPA 3.00

Must have at least 2–4 years of experience as SAP IDM Functional, with minimum 2 full-cycle SAP IDM implementation experience, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and modification processes.

Good understanding of problem-solving, debugging, Design Patterns, SOLID principles, and SAP development lifecycle and environment.

Basic knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5, Fiori Launchpad, Fiori Design Guidelines, and OData Services is an advantage.

Strong analytical and logical thinking with good communication and coordination skills, willingness to learn, persistence, adaptability, and commitment to completing assigned tasks.
