Job summary

Chandra Asri Group is seeking a SAP Functional MM Analyst to support our Shared Service Center in Indonesia. The role concentrates on SAP Materials Management, Purchasing, Inventory, and integration with FI/CO, SD, PP, and PM, collaborating with regional teams and external partners.

You will drive configuration, testing, and minor enhancements, lead UAT cycles, and prepare end-user documentation while coordinating transports to QA/PRD, ensuring alignment with S/4HANA readiness and procurement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on SAP MM functional experience.
• Strong configuration knowledge across MM sub-areas and SAP integrations.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA readiness is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Functional Support & Configuration: Resolve incidents and service requests across MM sub-areas (Purchasing, Pricing, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, Material Master, Vendor Master, MRP, Release Strategy, basic WM/IM).
• Perform configuration, unit testing, and integration testing for minor changes and enhancements.
• Gather requirements, assess impact, prepare functional specs, and coordinate with ABAP for development.
• Lead UAT cycles with Procurement and Warehouse users; prepare end-user docs and training.
• Manage transports and enforce transport governance to QA/PRD.
• Ensure MM integration with FI/CO, SD, PP, and PM; support S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement readiness.
• Coordinate with 3P AMS partners and engage stakeholders on priorities and roadmaps.

Job Purposes

The SAP Functional MM Senior Analyst is a senior individual contributor providing functional support, configuration, and minor-change delivery for SAP Materials Management across CASS-served entities in Indonesia. The role partners with Procurement, Inventory, and Warehouse process owners (P2P) and coordinates with ABAP, BASIS, and 3P AMS partners.

Key responsibilities

• Functional Support & Configuration: Resolve incidents and service requests across MM sub-areas — Purchasing, Pricing, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, Material Master, Vendor Master, MRP, Release Strategy, and basic WM/IM.
• Functional Support & Configuration: Perform configuration, unit testing, and integration testing for minor changes and enhancements.
• Change & Project Delivery: Gather requirements, perform impact assessment, prepare functional specifications, and coordinate with ABAP for development.
• Change & Project Delivery: Lead UAT cycles with Procurement and Warehouse key users; prepare end-user documentation and training.
• Change & Project Delivery: Manage transports and follow transport governance to QA/PRD.
• Integration & S/4HANA Readiness: Ensure MM integration with FI/CO, SD, PP, and PM modules is consistent (movement types, account determination, valuation).
• Integration & S/4HANA Readiness: Contribute to SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement readiness, including simplification items and Business Partner adoption.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate / oversee Kyndryl, T-Systems, and other 3P AMS partners on assigned tickets and changes.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Engage Procurement, Supply Chain, and Warehouse process owners on priorities and roadmaps.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on SAP MM functional experience, with at least one full implementation or rollout cycle.
• Strong configuration knowledge across Purchasing, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, Master Data, MRP, and Release Strategy.
• Working knowledge of MM integration with FI/CO (account determination, valuation), SD, PP, and PM.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement (Business Partner, MIGO/MIRO simplification, Fiori) is strongly preferred.
• Familiar with SAP Solution Manager / ChaRM transport governance and ITIL incident/change processes.
• Petrochemical, manufacturing, or process-industry experience is an advantage.
• Relevant SAP certifications (S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement, SAP Activate) are a plus.
• Strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia; working-level English sufficient for documentation, ticket handling, and coordination with regional/3P teams.
