Job summary

Arbeit Group is seeking an experienced SAP FICO consultant to support a major transformation project in Purwakarta. The role focuses on SAP FI/CO configuration, end-to-end delivery, and governance of SI vendors within a large-scale transformation program.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of SAP consulting experience, strong S/4HANA expertise (cloud or on-premise), and proficiency in SAP Activate, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies. Bahasa Indonesia and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP consulting (senior level).
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP FICO & S/4HANA (cloud/on-premise).
• Experience with SAP implementation methodologies (SAP Activate, Agile, Hybrid).
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business; Master’s preferred.
• Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia & English; Indonesian national.

Responsibilities

• Designing and configuring SAP FI & CO modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center, Profit Center).
• Gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
• Supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation, upgrade, and optimization projects.
• Driving system integrator evaluation and governance during implementation.
• Coordinating with vendors and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and delivery quality.
• Leading discussions with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Acting as part of the PMO workstream in large-scale transformation programs.
• Ensuring best practices, standards, and quality assurance across SAP delivery.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a minimum 5 years of experience in SAP consulting (senior level)
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP FICO & S/4HANA (cloud/on-premise)
• Experience with SAP implementation methodologies (SAP Activate, Agile, Hybrid)
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master's is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English (must be an Indonesian national)
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders (VP level and above)
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
• SAP Certification is a plus
