About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced SAP BASIS consultant to join our team at PT 360 TEKNOLOGI INDONESIA as a contract role based in Jakarta. You will be responsible for providing expert‑level support and maintenance for our clients' SAP systems and infrastructure. This is a strategic position that will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and performance of our clients' mission‑critical business applications.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage and maintain SAP systems, including servers, databases, and middleware components
• Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure high availability and optimal performance
• Implement and configure SAP system landscapes, including development, testing, and production environments
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and other changes
• Provide technical guidance and support to application teams and end‑users
• Maintain thorough documentation and knowledge‑sharing within the team
• Collaborate with project managers and business stakeholders to align IT solutions with organizational goals

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 7 years of experience as an SAP BASIS consultant or administrator
• Strong technical expertise in SAP system administration, including installation, configuration, and performance tuning
• Proficiency in SAP landscape management, including system copy, system refresh, and system cloning
• Familiarity with SAP monitoring and reporting tools, such as SAP Solution Manager and SAP EarlyWatch Alert
• Experience in 4 HANA PCE on RISE, SAP BTP, SAP CPI, CloudALM
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
• Relevant certifications, such as SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP HANA, are preferred
