Job summary

Xendit Inc. is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Administrator to own the GTM platform, lead Continuous Improvement sprints, and coordinate with Salesforce Engineers.

You will configure declarative features, manage tool integrations (DealOps, Gong, DocuSign, Spotdraft), and write clear specs for complex needs. You will partner with the CRM Transformation Lead to maintain platform health, data quality, and governance, ensuring a predictable sprint cadence and rapid delivery for revenue operations

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
• Proficient with declarative Salesforce configuration (Flow, validation rules, permissions, page layouts, reports, dashboards).
• Experience delivering in sprint-based cadence with backlog grooming and planning.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to write clear specs.

Responsibilities

• Own CI backlog and run sprint cadence with the CRM Transformation Lead.
• Configure Salesforce: Flow automation, validation rules, sharing rules, page layouts, reports, dashboards.
• Maintain integration with 3rd party tools (DealOps, Gong, DocuSign, Spotdraft) and coordinate with Engineers.
• Triage enhancement requests from Sales, CS, and Finance; write specs for Engineer build.
• Maintain data quality, user access, adoption, and monitor risks.
• Partner with Engineers to unblock CI and perform UAT.
• Support project delivery with configuration, testing, and UAT.
• Maintain docs and governance.
