Job summary

Pt. Sigma Global Teknologi (Sigmatech) is seeking experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrators - Revenue Systems (SaaS) for a remote contractor role.

You will audit, reconcile, and optimize CRM and connected revenue platforms, drafting clear operational prompts and governance documentation while ensuring data quality and scalable processes. The role emphasizes cross-system impact on billing, CPQ, ticketing, and related tools, requiring strong CRM expertise, project leadership, and SaaS

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators - Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You’ll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
