Job summary

PT Sinar Sinergi Teknologi (SSYNERGY) is hiring a Junior Sales Retail representative in Bandar Lampung. You will greet customers, assess needs, and recommend laptops, PCs, and accessories. You’ll hit monthly laptop sales targets, explain specs in simple terms, and support promotions and store events.

You will handle transactions and after-sales questions, maintain displays, and manage stock while using WhatsApp and online marketplaces to assist customers.

Job description

This is a Junior Sales Retail position at a computer and laptop retail store. You will serve customers in-store, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate laptops, PCs, and accessories. You will achieve monthly sales targets, explain product specifications in language that non-technical customers can understand, execute monthly promotions and store events, handle transactions and after-sales inquiries, maintain store displays and stock, and support customers via WhatsApp and online marketplaces.

Key responsibilities

Serve customers in-store: greet, identify needs, and recommend appropriate laptop/PC/accessories

Achieve monthly sales targets, particularly for laptop products

Explain product specifications in language that non-technical customers can understand

Execute monthly promotions and store events (including brand/principal events)

Handle transactions, warranty inquiries, and after-sales questions

Maintain store displays, shelf stock, and store cleanliness

Respond to customer inquiries and follow-up via WhatsApp and online marketplaces

Record customer data and sales pipeline information

About you

Minimum education: SMA/SMK (preferred: TKJ/RPL/Multimedia specialisation or D3/S1 any field)

Minimum 6 months experience as retail sales (preferred: electronics, gadgets, or computers); fresh graduates with strong IT interest welcome to apply

Understand basic laptop specifications (processor, RAM, SSD, VGA) or willing to learn quickly

Communicative, friendly, and confident with customers

Target-oriented and proactive in follow-up

Experienced with WhatsApp Business, social media, and Microsoft Office/Google Sheets

Willing to work shifts and weekends according to store schedule

Reside in Bandar Lampung or surrounding area
