Job summary

CV Geeluxury in Surabaya is seeking a responsible Sales Staff to join our luxury retail team. You will deliver professional, personalized service to offline and online customers and support daily store operations.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment, with focus on maintaining store presentation and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• High school education (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in online and/or offline sales is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, reliable, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and personalized service to offline and online customers (inquiries, follow-ups, and online communication professionally).

• Work closely with the team to achieve excellent customer service and sales performance.
