Job summary

PT. Cistech Alpha Indonesia is seeking a Sales & Technical Manager for an on-site role in West Jakarta. You will develop and implement sales strategies, drive targets, and lead a sales team to expand our industrial cleaning product lines.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in industrial sales, strong English communication, and proven ability to travel nationwide. Ownership of a personal car is preferred to support frequent customer visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degrees in Marketing, Engineering or related fields.
• 5+ years in industrial sales.
• Experience with Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Pulp & Paper, Mining, Shipyard or Cement industries.
• Strong English, presentation skills, and interpersonal abilities.

Full-time on-site role for Sales & Technical Manager located in West Jakarta, Indonesia. The Sales & Technical Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and managing a sales team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degrees in Marketing, Engineering and related fields.

Minimum 5 years in industrial sales experiences, preferable in Industrial Cleaning products and services.

Having experiences working with the following industries such as Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Pulp and Paper, Mining, Shipyard and Cement industry.

Good communication in English both oral and written with excellent presentation skill.

Excellent communication, negotiations and interpersonal skills.

A proven ability to achieve and exceed sales target.

Willing to travel extensively throughout Indonesia.

Possess own car is preferrable.
