Job summary

VIVERE Group in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead our showroom team in Gading Serpong. You will drive sales targets, develop strategies, and mentor staff to deliver outstanding customer service and consistent results.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing, has at least 6 years in retail sales with 2–3 years in a leadership role, a proven track record of achieving targets, and strong leadership and analytical skills.
