Job summary

CV Geeluxury in Surabaya is seeking a responsible Sales Staff to join our luxury retail team. You will deliver professional, personalized service to offline and online customers and support daily store operations.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment, with focus on maintaining store presentation and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• High school education (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Previous experience in online and/or offline sales is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, reliable, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and personalized service to offline and online customers (inquiries, follow-ups, and online communication professionally).
• Assist customers throughout the sales process and provide accurate product information.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the store.
• Ensure product displays are neat, attractive, and aligned with the store's standards.
• Conduct regular stock opname for display items and ATK (office supplies) inventory.
• Assist with display rotation and product arrangement.
• Handle and coordinate product postings/sharings as required.
• Support daily store operations and other tasks as assigned.
• Work closely with the team to achieve excellent customer service and sales performance.
