Job summary

PT Panen Lestari Indonesia (PLI) is seeking a Store Supervisor to enhance retail sales, traffic, and profitability across its outlets. You will lead store teams, align daily operations with company procedures, and drive excellent customer service and stock control.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in retail supervision, a Diploma or Bachelor's degree, strong leadership and communication skills, and English proficiency. Willing to work shifts in Jakarta, Medan, Bandung, or Balikpapan.

Qualifications

• Graduated with Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) in any major.
• 3–5 years of experience as supervisor in retail.
• Understands retail operations and stock inventory.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, problem-solving skills, and target orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written English; proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
• Willing to work in shifts, weekends; located in Jakarta, Medan, Bandung, Balikpapan.

Requirements:
